Harry Lancz
Harry Lancz was a Heating and Air-Conditioning contractor
in Traverse City, Michigan for over 30 years. Owning his own
business and working with all the building trades contractors
gave him a good knowledge of commercial construction. In
1996 he started to buy and sell commercial property as an
investment. After buying and renovating numerous properties
and then selling them, he became a Real Estate broker in 2011.
Harry's philosophy is he would not encourage a client to buy a
property he would not purchase himself. Leasing property and
working with tenants has given him an insight on what properties have potential. Working in multiple states has given him many real estate contacts and an email mailing list in the thousands. His personalized service to clients is unmatched in the industry.
